ADMISSION

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

• Collect copy of prospectus and admission form from our coaching center or download the admission form from our website.
• Fill in the required information in the admission form.
• Attach all the required documents.
• Submit the form at the center where you want to admit your ward.
• Fulfill the financial requirements.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

• Application Form, duly filled in with the correct information (incomplete forms are liable to be rejected).
• Certified photocopy of mark-sheet for admission.
• 2 recent stamp-size color photographs.
• Fees can be paid by cash at the center.
• Fees must be paid by a local Cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of “Hallmark Group of Educational Institutes“.
• Fees can also be paid by any MASTER/VISA Credit/Debit Card.

NOTE

• Admission will be given strictly on first-cum-first basis.
• Telephonic registration is not allowed.
• All receipts must be retained carefully and be presented whenever requested by the Management.
• In case of fee payment by installments, all the installments must be paid as per the schedule decided at the time of admission. Students whose installments are not paid by the due dates, will have their admission terminated, and the fees paid earlier will be forfeited.

REFUND OF FEES

• Fess will not be refunded under any circumstances except for the Disclaimer Clause.
