Kindly ensure that the Handbook is brought to class everyday by your child.
Please read the rules given in the Handbook, carefully. Check it regularly for any entries made by the teachers and sign in the proper column. If you have any message to the teacher, please write it on the calendar on the specific date.
We would send circulars, occasionally, in the Handbook and parents should acknowledge receipt back through the Handbook.
Send your child to classes regularly and punctually in neat dress.
See to it that the children bring the required text and exercise books to class.
Parents / Guardians are requested to go through books, note books and answer-scripts of their child, regularly.
Parents are expected to co-operate with the class authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing that their children prepare lessons daily and by taking active and keen interest in the activities of the class.
See that your child does the homework regularly.
Encourage your child for study daily.
Parents / Guardians are not allowed to meet their child or discuss the teachers during the class hours, without permission of the Management / Center Incharge.
Parents / Guardians are specially requested to fill in their proper address, telephone numbers etc., in the form. The same will help us contact them for any requirements and in case of an emergency.
Any change of address and / or telephone number should be notified to us immediately.
Please do not allow the child to bring expensive articles like i-pods, Mobile phones, Motorbike, etc., to the class.
Understand and appreciate the need for correction and occasional punishment which the principal / center incharge may mete out to the child.
Parent should address all letters to the Centre Incharge.
We request you to speak about the teachers and the class with high esteem.
Please control the use of Radio, T.V, Computers, Video games etc., and encourage the child to listen to, and watch the educational programme.
Please observe that your language will be verbatim by your children.
Text books and exercise books should be properly maintained.
